Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 154 AND FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A LEFT CURVE. V1 EXITED THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT. V1 OVER-CORRECTED CROSSING BOTH LANES OF TRAFFIC AND LEFT THE ROADWAY TO THE LEFT. V1 OVERTURNED IN THE LEFT DITCH. V1 CAME TO REST UPSIDE DOWN FACING SOUTH.
