Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON I-49 IN THE SECOND LANE FROM THE RIGHT. PEDESTRIAN WHICH HAD BEEN INVOLVED IN A PREVIOUS CRASH ATTEMPTED TO CROSS THE ROADWAY AND WAS STRUCK BY V-1. THE PEDESTRIAN WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD ON THE SCENE. DRIVER OF V1 WAS NOT INJURED.
