Initial Narrative     DR V-1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON U.S. 67 AT THE REDMOND ROAD EXIT WHEN SHE LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND STRUCK THE GUARDRAIL. THE SUBJECT WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE BY THE PULASKI COUNTY CORONER'S OFFICE.
