Initial Narrative     P1 WAS WALKING SOUTHBOUND ON CR 808 IN THE SOUTHBOUND LANE AND IN THE DARK OF NIGHT. V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON CR 808 ALSO IN THE SOUTHBOUND LANE. THE DRIVER OF V1 DID NOT SEE P1 WALKING IN THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK HIM FROM BEHIND. P1 WAS TRANSPORTED TO A HOSPITAL AND LATER SUCCUMBED TO HIS INJURIES.
