Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON U.S. HIGHWAY 49 IN THE INSIDE LANE. P1 WAS WALKING WESTBOUND ACROSS U.S. HIGHWAY 49. WHEN P1 REACHED THE INSIDE SOUTHBOUND LANE HE WAS STRUCK BY V1. P1 WAS THROWN TO THE SOUTHBOUND SHOULDER OF U.S. HIGHWAY 49 WHERE HE CAME TO REST.
