Initial Narrative     V1 WAS WEST ON I30 IN LANE 3 NEAR THE 118 MILE MARKER. V2 WAS STOPPED AHEAD DUE TO ROLLING CONSTRUCTION. AT THE TIME OF THE CRASH ALL THREE LANES OF I-30 WEST WERE STOPPED. V1 STRUCK THE REAR OF V2'S TRAILER.
