Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 1. V1 APPROACHED THE BRIDGE AT THE 8.64 MILE MARKER AND VEERED OFF THE EAST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. V1 STRUCK THE BRIDGE GUARDRAIL AND FELL INTO THE DITCH. V1 CAME TO A FINAL REST OVERTURNED FACING SOUTH. DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE BY CROSS COUNTY DEPUTY CORONER TERRY WOODARD AT 8:38PM.
