Initial Narrative     V1 (TOBIAS) WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON HIGHWAY 7 AT THE INTERSECTION OF FOREST SERVICE TRAIL #210. V1 FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A CURVE AND DROVE OFF THE ROADWAY ON THE RIGHTSIDE AND CRASHED IN THE DITCH. TOBIAS WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT ACCIDENT SCENE BY PERRY COUNTY CORONER ROSIE PERKINS.
