Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 358. P1 WAS WALKING EASTBOUND IN THE EASTBOUND LANE OF TRAFFIC OF STATE HIGHWAY 358. V1 STRUCK THE P1 IN THE EASTBOUND TRAFFIC LANE KNOCKING P1 TO THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE ROADWAY INTO A DITCH. P1 WAS PRONUOUNCED DECEASED ON THE SCENE BY THE CORONER.
