Initial Narrative     WHILE TRAVELING ON HWY 365 V1 APPROACHED P1 IN THE SOUTH BOUND LANE. V1 ATTEMPTED TO SWERVE ACROSS THE NORTH BOUND LANE BUT STRUCK P1. AFTER IMPACT V1 CROSSED THE NORTHBOUND LANE AND LEFT THE ROADWAY ON THE EAST BOUND SIDE. V1 FLED THE SCENE.
