Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON I430. V1 RAN OFF THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT AND THE FRONT OF V1 STRUCK A BRIDGE RAILING OVER BRECKENRIDGE DR. V1 WENT BACK ACROSS THE INTERSTATE TO THE LEFT SHOULDER WHERE THE REAR OF V1 STRUCK THE BRIDGE RAILING. V1 CAME TO REST IN THE #2 AND #3 LANES.
