Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON AR 365 IN THE INSIDE TRAVEL LANE WHEN P1 WALKED OUT IN FRONT OF IT. THE FRONT CORNER OF V1 STRUCK P1. V2 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND IN THE INSIDE TRAVEL LANE ON AR 365 AND DID NOT SEE P1 IN THE ROADWAY. V2 COULD NOT AVOID P1 WHO WAS LYING IN THE ROADWAY. V2 ALSO STRUCK P1.
