Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING EAST ON CHARLIE OLDS ROAD AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED. FOR UNKNOWN REASONS V1 LEFT THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT AND STRUCK A DRIVEWAY. THIS CAUSED V1 TO BECOME AIRBORNE. V1 STRUCK A TREE WITH THE DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR AND CAME TO REST IN A YARD. THE DRIVER OF V1 WAS PRONOUNCE DECEASED ON SCENE BY THE LONOKE COUNTY CORONER.
