Initial Narrative     V2 WAS STOPPED AT INTERSECTION OF US HIGHWAY 278 AT BRADLEY FERRY WHEN V1 CRASHED INTO THE BACK OF V2 CAUSING V2 TO VEER OFF THE ROAD WAY WHERE IT CAME TO REST. V1 WAS STATIONARY IN THE MIDDLE OF US HIGHWAY 278 UNDER THE TRAFFIC LIGHT.
