Initial Narrative     V-1 (SMITH) WAS NEGOTIATING A LEFT HAND CURVE WHEN HE LOST CONTROL OF HIS VEH. AND OVERTURNED. THE VEHICLE LANDED IN THE DITCH ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY, ON IT'S TOP. THE VICTIM WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE OF THE ACCIDENT.
