Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON I-530 NEAR EXIT 3 (DIXON ROAD) AND RAN OFF THE ROADWAY. AFTER STRIKING A TREE ON THE WEST ROADSIDE THE VEHICLE WAS ENGULFED IN FLAMES.
