Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTH ON STATE HIGHWAY 23. V1 LEFT THE WEST SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY AT THE INTERSECTION OF STATE HIGHWAY 23 AND FERGUSON VALLEY ROAD STRIKING AN EMBANKMENT. V1 THEN STRUCK A GUIDE WIRE ROLLED ONTO ITS SIDE AND CAME TO FINAL REST.
