Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON INTERSTATE 540 IN THE LEFT LANE. V-1 MOVED TO THE OCCUPIED RIGHT LANE COLLIDING WITH V-2. V-1 ROTATED CLOCKWISE AND STRUCK AN UNOCCUPIED VEHICLE PARKED ON THE RIGHT SHOULDER. AFTER COLLIDING WITH THE PARKED VEHICLE V-1 EXITED OFF THE RIGHT SHOULDER STRUCK THE TREE LINE AND CAME TO REST.
