Initial Narrative     V1 SWAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 281. V1 LEFT THE ROADWAY ON THE WEST SIDE AND COLLIDED WITH A FENCE AND STRUCK A POWER POLE. V1 OVERTURNED EJECTING THE DRIVER. V1 CAME TO A FINAL REST ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY.
