Initial Narrative     V1 WAS A FLATBED WRECKER STOPPED ON THE SHOULDER PREPARING TO LOAD A VEHICLE ONTO THE ROLLBACK. PEDESTRIAN 1 WAS OUTSIDE V1 OPERATING THE WRECKER. V2 WAS TRAVELING SOUTH ON U.S. 65 IN THE NUMBER TWO LANE. V2 STRUCK THE PEDESTRIAN WHILE HE WAS STANDING OUTSIDE OF THE VEHICLE. THE PEDESTRIAN CAME TO REST ON THE SOUTHBOUND SHOULDER.
