Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND IN THE 1300 BLOCK OF MILLCREEK RD. V1 LOST CONTROL OF THE 4-WHEELER AND OVER CORRECTED. V1 LEFT THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. V1 CAME TO A FINAL REST ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. THE DRIVER WAS FLOWN VIA SURVIVAL FLIGHT TO UAMS WHERE HE WAS LATER PRONOUNCED DECEASED.
