Initial Narrative     V1 WAS WESTBOUND ON INTERSTATE 30 HIT A PATCH OF ICE CAUSING THE DRIVER TO LOSE CONTROL. V1 LEFT THE ROADWAY AND OVERTURNED. DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE BY THE SALINE COUNTY CORONER.
