Initial Narrative     DR V-1 WAS EASTBOUND ON HWY 164 WHEN THE LEFT FRON TIRE BLEW OUT CAUSING HIM TO LOOSE CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE, ROTATE CLOCKWISE, LEAVING THE ROADWAY ON THE SOUTH SIDE AND OVERTURNING, EJECTING THE SUBJECT. THE SUBJECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE JOHNSON COUNTY REGIONAL HOPITAL WHERE HE WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD.
