Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND WHEN IT CROSSED THE CENTER LINE INTO THE NORTHBOUND TRAFFIC LANE. V2 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND. AS V1 NEARED V2 IN THE WRONG LANE THE DRIVER OF V2 SWERVED HIS VEHICLE INTO THE SOUTHBOUND LANE IN AN ATTEMPT TO AVOID A COLLISION. V1 SWERVED BACK INTO THE SOUTHBOUND LANE STRIKING V2 HEAD ON. THE OPERATOR OF V1 WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED AT THE SCENE BY ARKANSAS COUNTY CORONER COOPER ESSEX AT 6:16 P.M.
