Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS EASTBOUND ON EAST RACE AND NORTH SPRING STREET IN SEARCY. THE DRIVER CROSSED THE WESTBOUND LANE AND DROVE ONTO A SIDEWALK. THE DRIVER STRUCK 2 LIGHT POLES AND THE VEHICLE TURNED ONTO THE PASSENGER SIDE. THE DRIVER WAS EJECTED FROM THE PASSENGER WINDOW AND WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE HOSPITAL.
