Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING IN THE OUTSIDE LANE AND STRUCK THE RUMBLE STRIP WHICH CAUSED V1 TO OVER CORRECTED. V1 THEN SPUN 180 DEGREES AND ROLLED TWICE BEFORE HITTING A TREE. THE VICTIM WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE BY CLARK COUNTY CORONER TIM WELCH AT 3:59P.M.
