Initial Narrative     V-1 VEERED OFF ONTO THE RIGHT SHOULDER STRUCK A GUARDRAIL. THE PASSENGER WAS EJECTED STRUCK THE GUARDRAIL AND A HIGHWAY SIGN AND WENT DOWN AN EMBANKMENT. THE VICTIM WAS LOCATED TWO DAYS LATER. MITCHELL SANTELLA WAS NOT INJURED.
