Initial Narrative     V1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 65. V1 TRIED TO PASS ANOTHER AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED AND LOST CONTROL OF VEHICLE. V1 RAN OFF THE ROAD AND STRUCK A TREE. DRIVER OF V1 WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE BY CHICOT COUNTY CORONER BILL MARTER.
