Initial Narrative     PEDESTRIAN WAS WALKING EASTBOUND ON HIGHWAY 412 IN THE RIGHT LANE. V1 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON HIGHWAY 412. V1 STRUCK THE PEDESTRIAN FROM BEHIND. THE PEDESTRIAN WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE. THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER OF V1 WERE NOT INJURED.
