Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 23. V1 RAN OFF THE WEST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND WENT INTO THE DITCH AND STRUCK A TREE. V1 CAME TO A FINAL REST ON ITS LEFT SIDE FACING WEST. DRIVER WAS PARTIALLY EJECTED AND KILLED ON IMPACT.
