Initial Narrative     THE VICTIM WAS WALKING ACROSS I-40 WHEN HE WAS STRUCK BY V-1, V-2 UNABLE TO STOP THEN STRUCK THE VICTIM WHO WAS LYING IN THE ROAD AT THAT TIME. THE VICTIM WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE OF THE ACCIDENT BY THE PULASKI COUNTY CORONERS OFFICE. THE DRIVER OF V-1, ANSWON CHURCHWELL OF GRIFFITH, INDIANA, AND THE DRIVER OF V-2, BRYAN REED OF POYEN, ARKANSAS, WERE NOT INJURED.
