Initial Narrative     P1 WAS ON AN ELECTRIC WHEELCHAIR IN THE PRIVATE DRIVE OF 5000 PAULINE WHITAKER PARKWAY FACING WESTBOUND. HE WAS CROSSING S. PINNACLE HILLS PARKWAY HEADING WESTBOUND. DURING THIS TIME V1 WAS HEADING SOUTHBOUND ON PINNACLE HILLS IN THE OUTSIDE LANE AND THEY COLLIDED.
