Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS EAST BOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 46 WEST. V-1 VEERED ACROSS THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE ROADWAY WERE IT ROTATED COUNTERCLOCKWISE AND FLIPPED ONTO THE ROOF. DRIVER OF V-1 WAS LATER PRONOUNCED DEAD AT UAMS.
