Initial Narrative     V1 AND V2 WERE BOTH TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON HWY 67/167. V1 LOCKED UP THE BRAKES SWERVED LAID DOWN THE MOTORCYCLE AND STRUCK V2. THE DRIVER OF V1 STRUCK THE PAVEMENT CAUSING MAJOR HEAD TRAUMA. HE WAS WEARING A HALF HELMET. THE DRIVER OF V2 WAS NOT INJURED AND SEAT BELT WAS IN USE: STEVEN HAWLEY 09/17/81 145 DOVE LANE IN BEEBE.
