Initial Narrative     V-1 AND V-2 WERE NORTHBOUND ON S SCHOOL AVE. DRIVER OF V-1 OBSERVED WHAT HE BELIEVED TO BE A CARDBOARD BOX IN THE ROAD. AS HE APPROACHED THE ITEM HE REALIZED THERE WAS A PERSON LYING IN THE ROAD. DRIVER OF V-1 ATTEMPTED TO STOP BUT WAS UNABLE TO. VICTIM WAS ALSO STRUCK BY V-2 WHICH WAS TRAVELING BEHIND V-1. DRIVER OF V-1 AND 2 WHO WERE NOT INJURED WERE MATTHEW CANFIELD DOB 032495 OF WEST FORK AND JOHN MCCUTCHEON DOB 050285 OF FAYETTEVILLE.
