Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS WESTBOUND ON HWY 64 ATTEMPTING TO TURN INTO HER DRIVEWAY, WHEN SHE WAS STRUCK FROM THE REAR BY V-2.AFTER STRIKING THE REAR OF V-1, V-2 VEERED INTO THE EASTBOUND LANE AND STRUCK V-3 HEADON. NOT INJURED: V-2 (KELLEY)
