Initial Narrative     V1 WAS DRIVING WESTBOUND ON GUYLL RIDGE ROAD APPROACHING THE INTERSECTION WITH FIRE RUN ROAD. THE TRUCK SLID LATERALLY INTO THE RIGHT SHOULDER. UPON CONTACT WITH THE RIGHT SHOULDER THE TRUCK CARRYING A 30 000 POUND PIECE OF HEAVY EQUIPMNET TOPPLED ON TO ITS PASSENGER SIDE. THE DRIVER WAS PINNED AND CRUSHED WITHIN THE CAB OF V1.
