Initial Narrative     V1 WAS EASTBOUND ON SH 8. V1 EXITED THE ROADWAY RIGHT OVER CORRECTED CAUSING A COUNTER-CLOCKWISE ROTATION. V1 REENTERED THE ROADWAY CROSSED BOTH LANES OF TRAFFIC AND EXITED THE ROADWAY ON THE OPPOSING SIDE. V1 ROLLED DOWN EMBANKMENT AND THE DRIVER WAS EJECTED. THE VEHICLE CAME TO FINAL REST ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE AND ON TOP OF THE DRIVER.
