Initial Narrative     ACCORDING TO EVIDENCE IT APPEARED THAT V1 WAS TRAVELING ON RIDGE RD AT HARMONY RD WHEN IT LEFT THE ROADWAY STRIKING SEVERAL TREES. SUBJECT DIED AT THE SCENE. THERE WERE NO WITNESS'S TO THE ACC.
