Initial Narrative     V1 WAS WEST ON I40, WHEN THE DRIVER CROSSED THE MEDIAN FOR UNKNOWN REASON. V1 CROSSED BOTH EASTBOUND LANES AND WENT OFF THE ROADWAY TO THE SOUTH. V1 THEN TRAVELLED 209 FEET BEFORE STRIKING A FENCE AND TREES.
