Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON U.S. 63. V2 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON U.S. 63. V1 CROSSED THE CENTERLINE AND STRUCK THE DRIVER SIDE PORTION OF V2 IN THE SOUTHBOUND LANE OF TRAVEL. AFTER COLLISION V1 LEFT THE WEST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY WHILE ROTATING COUNTER CLOCKWISE AND CAME TO FINAL REST ON THE ROADSIDE FACING EAST. V2 LEFT THE WEST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY ALSO ROTATING COUNTER CLOCKWISE AND COMING TO FINAL REST ON THE ROADSIDE FACING EAST.
