Initial Narrative     THE DRIVER OF VEHICLE 1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON N. 44TH ST. AND CAME TO A STOP AT THE INTERSECTION WITH KELLEY HWY. P1 WAS WESTBOUND ON THE SIDEWALK AND WALKED IN FRONT OF V1 PRIOR TO IT BEGINNING A RIGHT TURN. THE DRIVER OF VEHICLE 1 DID NOT SEE THE PEDESTRIAN IN FRONT OF HIS VEHICLE AND PROCEEDED WITH HIS RIGHT TURN. P1 WAS STRUCK BY THE VEHICLE AND WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED AT THE SCENE.
