Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTH ON HIGHWAY 165. WHILE PASSING A VEHICLE, V1 LOST CONTROL AND RAN OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY AND STRUCK A TREE. BOTH SUBJECTS WERE EJECTED AND PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE.
