Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND IN THE SOUTHBOUND LANES OF US 67 NEAR THE 104 MILE MARKER. V2 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND IN THE OUTSIDE SOUTHBOUND LANE OF US 67 NEAR THE 104 MILE MARKER. V1 COLLIDED WITH V2 IN A HEAD ON COLLISION. V1 FLIPPED ONTO ITS TOP AND BECAME ENGULFED. V2 WAS PUSHED OFF OF THE ROADWAY AND ONTO THE OUTSIDE SHOULDER.
