Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND IN THE EASTBOUND LANES. V1 RAN OFF THE ROADWAY TO THE LEFT AND STRUCK A TREE. V1 CAUGHT ON FIRE AND BURNED THE VEHICLE AND DRIVER COMPLETELY. THE DRIVER WILL BE IDENTIFIED BY THE CORONERS OFFICE.
