Initial Narrative     V1 WAS WEST BOUND ON RAILROAD ST WHEN IT WAS STRUCK BY A TRAIN AT THE RAILROAD CROSSING. DRIVER OF V-1 WAS TRANSPORTED TO JEFFERSON REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER IN PINE BLUFF WHERE HE LATER DIED ON NOVEMBER 14 2013 DUE TO HIS INJURIES. DRIVER AND PASSENGER OF V-2 WERE NOT INJURED.
