Initial Narrative     V-1 HAD BEEN E/B ON W. PLEASANT GROVE RD. APPROACHING I-540 N/B ON RAMP IN THE INSIDE LANE WHEN HE VEERED TO THE LEFT STRUCK THE CURB AND CONTINUED E/B ON THE SIDEWALK. V-1 THEN TRAVELED 279 FEET BEFORE STRIKING A TRAFFIC LIGHT POLE WITH THE FRONT LEFT CORNER OF HIS VEHICLE.
