Initial Narrative     THE PEDESTRIAN WAS REMOVING A DEAD DEER FROM THE ROADWAY ON N. CROSSOVER ROAD. THE OPERATOR OF V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTH ON N. CROSSOVER ROAD DID NOT SEE THE PEDESTRIAN IN THE ROADWAY AND COLLIDED WITH HIM.
