Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON HWY 59 JUST SOUTH OF SILOAM SPRINGS WHEN IT FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A RIGHT HAND VURVE. THE DRIVER LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE OVERTURNED AND CAME TO REST ON THE LEFT SIDE OFF THE ROADWAY.
