Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 67 NEAR GLEN ROSE. V1 STRUCK A BRIDGE ON THE RIGHT SIDE THEN TRAVELED OFF THE ROADWAY AND BECAME SUBMERGED IN A CREEK. THE DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED ON THE SCENE BY HOT SPRING COUNTY CORONER ERNIE COX.
